Woke early to type up essay in for 9am.
Two sausages with some mustard in a piece of bread.
Got back and had a cup of tea.
Made apple pie number one - Had a small slice.
Made apple pie number two, while that was in the oven I made scrambled egg out of the remainder of the yolk (used to glaze the pie) and the whole of the white, some milk and butter - tasty snack.
Had a slice of pie number two - a significant improvement (photos below).
Had a ham, cheese and mustard (wholegrain) toasted sandwich.

I am very impressed by your culinary expertise, I can cook a mean stew but I can never be bothered to make complex meals that require pastry etc! Charlie
