Not alot happened, I Think I ate a ham and cheese toasty around midday and made a large amount of spaghetti bolognese to eat in the evening and for future days.

There is an earwig in my room, apart from a cockroach I can't think of a more repulsive looking creature crawling on you bed... It is still alive... somewhere.
