Woke relatively early, tidied things up.

Large Bloody Mary for breakfast.

Lunch was a large “chicken carbonara” 2 eggs, large dollop of mascarpone and a finely chopped chicken breast on loadsa spaghetti.

Evening BBQ! Chicken, Burgers, sausages and that sort of thing…

Film with a little bread and humus (gin and tonic, that sort of thing).
