I saw these types of fireworks a the Trafalgar celebrations in Portmouth June 2005 where they had perfect heart shapes, smiley faces, and circles with five point stars inside them. Its a great technology- using microchips and compressed air to produce the flawless pattern- I can think of worse jobs than being a pyrotechnician
