Salmon and mash

I mashed 2 large potatoes and added Herbes de Provence and a dash of salt. This makes a tasty mash quickly. I then dipped the skin of the salmon steak in a misture of flour, salt and pepper and popped it skin down in a hot pan.

The meal was tasty. mmm... simple though as i'm running out of food stuffs.

This blog is very lame right now, but it is still just limping along... we shall try our best.
